Project Title: Day-Care Centre for providing Chemotherapy at 06 Districts of Bihar

Eligibility Criteria: B. Pharma with minimum 1-year experience OR D. Pharma with minimum 3 years working experience in Dispensary/ Pharmacy of the Hospital having minimum 200 beds. Registration with State Pharmacy Council with duly allotted Registration Number is mandatory. Experience of working on computerized system desirable. Candidate should be prepared to work in shift duties, including night shift.
Age Limit: 30 years as on date of interview.
Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 22,000
The appointment is initially for a period of six months or till the continuation of
project, whichever is earlier.Please note that the Recruitment Process may include written examination and/ or Personal Interview for given posts.
Further to note that, there will be scrutiny of applications prior to initiation of Recruitment Process and will include document verification with Original Certificates regard to qualification and experience, hence, candidates are advised to carry their Resume alongwith Original Educational & Experience certificates, PAN Card, AADHAR Card and one set of self-attested copies of all these documents.
Candidates for whom document verification is done satisfactorily, will only be allowed for further recruitment process

Answer: I have worked as a pharmacist in a hospital setting for the past three years. My responsibilities included dispensing medications, counseling patients on the proper use of medications, and ensuring that the pharmacy is compliant with all regulatory requirements.
2. How do you manage your workload and prioritize tasks in a busy pharmacy?
Answer: I prioritize tasks based on the urgency of the patient’s needs and the importance of the medications. I also ensure that the medications are dispensed accurately and timely while adhering to safety protocols.
3. Have you worked with computerized pharmacy systems before? If yes, can you describe your experience?
Answer: Yes, I have worked with computerized pharmacy systems before. I am proficient in using the software and can manage pharmacy inventories, generate reports, and track medication usage efficiently.
4. How comfortable are you with working in shift duties, including night shifts?
Answer: I am very comfortable with working in shift duties, including night shifts. I understand that the job requires me to be flexible and work outside of regular business hours to ensure that patients receive timely care.
5. Can you tell us about a time when you had to handle a difficult patient or situation in a pharmacy setting?
Answer: In my previous role, I had to deal with a patient who was highly agitated and uncooperative. I remained calm and empathetic while listening to their concerns and addressing their needs. I was able to de-escalate the situation and provide the patient with the appropriate medication and counseling, ensuring that they received the care they needed.
