Qualifications and Experience:
⦿Ph.D. in organic or Medicinal chemistry with 6 to 10 plus years of experience in antibody drug conjugate Projects
⦿Excellent communication, project leadership and people management skills are a must
⦿The candidate should have an excellent understanding of the fundamentals of antibody drug conjugates; prior experience in payload linker synthesis and high-potent compounds
