What does the Marketing Team do?
This is classic textbook marketing adapted to the New Age World of Engineering Services. Adaptions that help to address the ‘Market of One’, are typically seen in B2B marketing where conversations explore unstated needs that are very personal. So here is how we approach the market –
Marketing Campaigns for
- New service launches (Market research, Content creation, Sales Training, Customer education)
- Branding (Executive connect, PR & Media, Social media, Analyst Relations, Events and Conferences)
Account Based Marketing for high-potential accounts
Mining (Service definitions, heat maps, cross-selling, QBRs, Tech-days)
Creating a superior Customer experience (Business reviews, visit management, account portals, CSAT surveys & actions, achieve testimonials/referrals)
Field Marketing to prospects
Lead generation (events & conferences, web & social promotion, RFx response, newsletters, outreach programs for demand generation)
Customer experience (demonstration centers, workshops, creation of language variants)
If you have
- Worked with software or engineering customers for the last 5+ years
- A background in business/account development
- The energy to drive to completion
- A portfolio to showcase
- Affinity to tech industry (healthcare industry would be an added advantage)
