Job Title: Researcher/ Principal Researcher (Iron ore Agglomeration-Pellet)
Location: Tata Steel Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India On-site
Eligibility Criteria: 1. Researcher/ Principal Researcher (Iron ore Agglomeration-Pellet): M.Tech or PhD in Chemical Engineering
ME: 5 to 12 years
Level: R3/R4.1
Key Responsibilities:-
- Raw materials characterization
- Grinding and granulometry studies,
- Base mix Granulation and Green pelletizing
- Sintering of green mix, Induration/curing of pellets, Waste utilization through pellet/sinter
- Testing of sinter and pellets as per BF or SAF conditions
- Design of experiments, plant trials
- Data analysis
- Publications & IPR; sinter and pellet infrastructure development; Lab management.
