Job Title: Officer – Quality Assurance

Location: Mumbai, IN

Eligbility Criteria:

• M Tech/MSc / B Tech
• 4+ years Work experience in Quality management in similar food processing units for B Tech or M Tech/ MSc in Chemistry 
• Experience in Spices/Pulses would be an added advantage

Role Objectives

Quality Assurance, Inspection and Testing for Tata Sampann and Tata Salt products for multiple 3P locations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring all Sampann products comply with the quality and regulatory requirements

• Incoming RM and PM analysis and result / report generation. Comply with TCPL requirements during arrival and dispatch of RM, SFG and FG. Accept or reject the RM as per the company specification.
• Physiochemical analysis for RM, WIP and FG.
• Monitor and control the day-to-day quality operation in 3P location and CFA location.
• Monitor the quality and process parameters day-to-day basis and analyze the data, identify the deviations, and take corrective action to avoid deviation.
• Responsible for FSSAI schedule 4 compliance and FSSC certification and compliance.
• Responsible for data compilation, analysis and generate various reports related to quality.
• Analyze the Customer Complaints for the location, conduct RCA and propose and implement CAPA to avoid no further complaint.
• Comply with TCPL Quality and food safety requirements in the location and comply the regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market product analysis and market quality study at local market.
