Job Title: Gas Processing Integration Engineer

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Min 8 yrs experience is required in conceptual studies, including technology selection, and basic process design (with detailed design support being an added advantage) in the following technologies.
- Gas treating (Amine sweetening, Caustic treating, Sulphur recovery, Tail gas treating) technologies including post-combustion CO2 capture technologies
- Adsorption (TSA using silica and/or mol sieves, non-regenerable guard beds, PSA, H2 treating) and optionally Membrane-based processes
- NGL Extraction and fractionation technologies
- Operations or Technical Services experience in any of the above technologies in Upstream, midstream gas processing and LNG or Downstream (Refineries) is a Plus.
Familiar with general process simulation (Unisim, ProMax, Aspen/Hysis, Simsci/ProII, etc.) - Compliance to HSSE rules and process safety aspects of design
- A Learning mindset, natural curiosity and passion for continuous improvement.
Sound relationship management and communication skills. - Proven ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals and with external & internal customers/vendors.
What’s the role?
- The Integration Engineer is involved in developing concepts for Gas Processing facilities, for both Shell and non-Shell (Licensing) opportunities, delivering the process design deliverables ( PFD, HMB, Equipment sizing, safeguarding and control Narratives, etc.) that are part of a typical Basic Design Package and providing proactive support through detailed engineering by participating in key reviews and verifying select deliverables through to successful start-up.
- The Integration, Technology maturation & Operational support teams within the CoE work closely together; thus, exposure to all activities within the CoE is possible. The incumbent will also have an opportunity to participate in Natural Teams with capabilities across the organization in delivery of integrated projects as well as maturing/improving technologies.
