Job Title: Assistant Professor/ Teaching & Research Assistants

Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with first class at the preceding Master’s degree or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout. (Discipline-wise qualification is given in the table below). The candidate who has been given the viva voce for the award of Ph.D. may also apply.

1. Candidates need to bring a hard copy of the filled-in application (in given format only) along
with all releva
2. Candidate should attach one set of self-certified documents (degree/mark sheet/experience certificate, etc) at the time of the Interview.
3. All the original certificate(s) must be shown to the selection committee at the time of
interview.
4. The posts listed above are temporary positions on a contractual basis for 11 months or till the recruitment for regular assistant professors is done or whichever is earlier.
5. In-Service candidates, shall have to submit relieving order from their earlier employer
at the time of joining if he/she is selected at NFSU.
6. The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the positions and fill or not to
fill positions in any of the above and/or any other specialization(s).
7. No correspondence, whatsoever, will be entertained from candidates regarding,
conduct and result of interview and reasons for not being called for interview or
selection.
8. All qualifications must be from UGC recognized University/Deemed University or
RCI/BCI/PCI/AICTE approved autonomous institution (wherever applicable). The
courses offered by autonomous institutions should be equivalent to the relevant course
approved/recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
9. Candidates called for an interview to fill a vacancy, may be considered for lower posts if
they are otherwise found suitable.
10. If found that the candidate is not progressing as desired, the University has the complete authority to expel the appointee at any time.
