Elibgility Criteria and Experience:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry/Biochemistry or related discipline with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and resourceful.
- Ability to work in a team environment & Excellent communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Complete all Training on time and uses training experience to complete activities in creative and efficient ways
- Support in organic synthesis of fluorescent dyes and other daily production activities like buffer preparation, Kitting, material transactions, and RM inventory management.
- Perform purification of the organic compounds using different types of column chromatography techniques based on the current process.
- Responsible for meeting OTD and FPY
- Meet regulatory requirements and follow policies and procedures
- Report out daily activities\
- Receive minimal supervision
- Support in equipment maintenance and report out any equipment breakdown to have minimal impact on process cycle time.
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and the flexibility needed to achieve results and suggest improvements using DBS tools
- Responsible for following all company guidelines related to Health, Safety and
- Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition.
- Maintain scientific and industry awareness by reviewing the literature
Job Family Description: provides support to improve and maintain performance, efficiency, and quality of manufacturing operations.
Summary of responsibilities: Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, techniques, processes, subassemblies, and final products. Compliance with company standards, ISO, and GMP as required. Responsible for meeting the daily targets for production.
Boundary Conditions/Authority Levels: Receives minimum instruction on routine work; general instructions on new assignments.
