Elibgility Criteria:Â
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Chemistry or related technical discipline
- Must have work experience of 4-8 years
- Worked extensively on HR development including Compensation, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Payroll
- Experienced in utilizing HR infotypes, developing and enhancing custom infotypes, using
- Logical Databases and customizing LDB selection screens.
- Worked extensively on ALV’s, User Exits, BADI’s, Interfaces, Smart forms, SAP Script, HR FORMS, Enhancements, and Data Uploads
- Good understanding of OO ABAP
- Preferably working knowledge of SF Compensation
- Ability to translate business requirements into IT requirements and collaborate with partner to get it implemented
- Strong business acumen in combination with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience in engaging and convincing senior executives
- Ability to convince teams to regularly test out new processes and methods
- Wide Experience in orchestrating projects across different teams in the organizations
- Proven ability to grow relationships with key partners and customers
- Ready to think, behave and act in an innovative consulting manner to drive the organization’s digital business strategies
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work successfully with people from a variety of different cultures and backgrounds
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Product Research on industry, peer, and competitor benchmarking for market best practices and emerging trends ​
- Join Forces with product management and digital leads to consult, elicit, analyze, develop, and document user stories for business-led technology initiatives​
- Liaises with design and engineering team to communicate business priorities and transform user stories to unified data models​
- Participate in solution demos and inspect and adapt agile event to confirm solutions are aligned with user stories ​
- Advocate agile teams’ recommendations on user stories toward product management ​
- Lead, review, and evaluate business processes to outline challenges, anticipate user stories, uncover areas of improvement to identify opportunities and fit for purpose solutions​
- Assess market trends and underlying technologies to drive and optimize business value
- Responsible for validating tests to ensure security, performance, reliability, and availability of solution
- Encourage the use of continuous integration (CI) tools and automation to drive efficient builds and tests run in successive iterations thereby improving the architecture and quality of the product
