Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of professional experience is required.
- A degree in Analytical Chemistry or closely related field is preferred.
- General knowledge of laboratory systems/applications is required. A competency in validation/test script executions and purchase requisition systems is preferred. Strong good document practice (GDP) and written/verbal communication skills are required.
- The ability to work in a team environment and to manage multiple deliverables with competing timelines is required.
Experience working in a cGMP environment is strongly preferred, with particular emphasis on the compliance requirements of laboratory instrument and data systems. Experience working on cross-functional teams with Analytical, Information Technology, Quality or other functions is preferred.

The Scientist, Global Laboratory Systems will be responsible for the user management/access control and periodic reviews of global enterprise lab systems applications (Labware LIMS, Siemens OpCenter, Waters Empower, Agilent Open Lab ECM, etc.), ensuring a high level of compliance in documentation and tracking practices. The Scientist will also provide basic user application support and guidance to local site and global J&J Consumer sites worldwide. The candidate will also provide support in monitoring services/contracts and capital requisition initiations and closings.
