Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Number of Positions 1
Duration of Position 2 years
Salary: Rs 31000/- PM + HRA
Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must have MS/MPharm or Equivalent with minimum 60% marks in degree.
The candidate should have a clear commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive environment.
Preferred: Preferable qualifications NET/GATE/CSIR/UGC qualified and research experience
in the related field will be preferred.
Desirable qualifications The candidate should have experience in cell culture
/ Western blot, RT-PCR, animal handling/ Molecular biology / analytical biochemistry.
Candidates with additional experience of bioinformatics and fluorescence microscopy will be preferred.
Job Profile Candidate is expected to develop a cancer model and needs to work including molecular pharmacology, drug development, mitochondria
biology, cancer biology, andtherapeutics. The applicant will also be expected to contribute to other research works going on in the department. The candidate needs to travel 2-3 times in a year related to the work to the collaborative institute.
Upper Age Limit as on the last date of Application Age limit: 28 years on the date of application, with relaxation to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government of India norms
