Applications are invited for the following vacancies in research and consultancy projects sanctioned to Dr Sayeed Ahmad, Bioactive Natural Product Laboratory, Department of Pharmacognosy, School of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi.
Project Title: Development of sugar-free dosage forms, quality control and pharmacological evaluation of Khamira Banafsha, Khamira Abresham, Laooq-e-Katan, Laooq Sapistan, Sharbat Toot Siyah and Sharbat Zoofa against Covid -19 related disorders (Funding agencyCCRUM, Ministry of AYUSH)
Job Title: Senior Research Fellow- 01
Tenure – 02 years
Salary: 35,000 per month + HRA
Eligbility Criteria: M. Pharm (Pharmacognosy/ Pharmacology) – 1 st division
(60% marks or equivalent grade), preferably GPAT qualified
Desirable: Experience in Quality Control of medicinal plants, animal handling, in vitro and in vivo testing of drugs and chemicals.

Project Title: Development of quality standards and metabolomic profiling for identification of highly adulterated drugs of Indian medicinal plants (Consultancy Project)
Job Title: Senior Research Fellow- 01
Tenure – 03 years
Salary: 20,000 per month (Consolidated)
Eligbility Criteria: M. Pharm (Pharmacognosy/ Pharmacology) – 1 st division
(60% marks or equivalent grade), preferably GPAT qualified
Desirable: Experience in Quality Control of medicinal plants, animal handling, in vitro
and in vivo testing of drugs and chemicals.Positions are purely temporary and the continuance of the selected candidate will depend on the satisfactory performance.
Age limit: 30 years (Relaxation as per Government rule for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates)
