Job Title: Project Associate

Objectives of the projects: The purpose of this project is to perform the preparation of sustainable functional materials and their utilization for precious metal recovery from waste.

Eligibility criteria:

(i) Minimum 70% marks or 7 CGPA in M.Sc. chemistry/material science/polymer chemistry

(ii) One or more years of industrial or academic research experience in organic molecules synthesis, preferably multi step reactions.

Duration: The project duration is for 2 yrs, can be converted into Ph.D. with an additional one year of the internal fund subjected to satisfactory performance.

Skills required:

The candidate should hold strong chemistry knowledge
Work experience on polymer synthesis or membrane fabrication would be given preference
Skills in organic synthesis or materials synthesis would be advantageous

Duration: 2 yrs but it will be converted into a Ph.D. with an additional one year of the internal fund.

Fellowship: Rs. 27000
