Online interview through video conference will be conducted for One post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under DBT-BIRAC funded project – “Development of portable spectroscopic instruments for on-site estimation of quality compounds in tea”. This position is purely on a temporary basis for a period of 18 months.

Job Title: Junior Research Fellow(JRF)

Eligibility Criteria: 1st Class M.Sc in Chemistry

Desirable:

• Exposure in tea manufacturing process/ Chemical Analysis of Tea
• Knowledge on Computer Application

Age Limit: 28 years as on the date of the interview

Salary: Fellowship of INR. 25,000/- + 10% HRA (Per month consolidated )

Place of work: Tocklai Tea Research Institute, Jorhat, Assam.

Date and Time of interview: Virtual interview will be held for selection of the above-mentioned posts for the Department of TP&MA, Tocklai Tea Research Institute, Jorhat, Assam785008 on 19th January 2022 from 10.30 am. onwards. An online interview link through Google Meet will be sent to shortlisted candidates through e-mail on 18th January 2022.

General Instructions:

1. The above post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.

2. Candidates appearing through Video Conference should be all available from 10am.
onwards on the day

of interview and will join only as and when directed/informed.

3. Candidates should submit a soft copy of duly filled–in-application form along with
Biodata/ (CV), and Scanned documents (testimonials of qualifications, mark sheets,
