Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree in business or life sciences (highly preferred)
- 3- 5 years of work experience, in pharma/ biotech consulting (preferably) or industry (Business intelligence, market research role)
- Must possess strong research, analytical and numerical skills and the ability to think critically and creatively on engagements.
- Must possess business development experience supporting RFP responses, proposals, capability deck, white paper creation etc
- Understanding of consulting and biopharmaceutical industries required
- Demonstrated attention to detail required
- Strong presentation skills required
- Effective and professional communication skills (verbal, interpersonal, and written) required
- Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel required
- Proficiency with advanced visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, VBA and/ or SPSS (preferred, not mandatory)

Responsibilities:
- You’ll join the Center of Excellence (CoE) team within Syneos Health Consulting, India where you will utilize your specific expertise to innovate and deliver solutions for teams within Syneos Health Consulting, globally.
- You are expected to be self-driven, possess high quality and service orientation to help build and establish a new team that would support Syneos maximize the commercial value of their client’s assets, portfolio and organization.
Responsibilities
- Provides specific functional and business support to an overall engagement working with multiple internal stakeholders
- Establishes a clear understanding of the ask, overall timelines, and how her/his contributions relate to the overall output
- Exhibits required consulting and biopharmaceutical knowledge in addition to technical skill according to the demands of projects. Applies them to create value on projects with direction, including problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic communication of findings
- Demonstrates strong project management skills through proactive management of project responsibilities and workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively with minimal direction
- Frames and executes output solution including problem identification, solution design, solution processing (identification of relevant sources, data processing, analysis and quality checks) to create high-quality deliverables – PowerPoint/ Excel.
- Addresses deliverable feedback quickly and quality checks revisions
- Builds positive working relationships with all stakeholders
- Approaches project ambiguity, client changes, delays/expedites, and/or unexpected data findings with maturity and professionalism. Maintains regular communication with the project team.
