Applications are invited on plain paper from highly motivated candidates for the post of Senior Research Fellow in the DST funded project “Neuroinflammation in Alzheimer’s disease: evaluating therapeutic potential ……….. interactions” as per details given below:
Job Title: Senior Research Fellow
No.of posts: 01 position
Essential Qualifications: First Class Master’s Degree in Pharmacology/ Life Sciences from a the recognized university along with two years of relevant research experience.
Preference will be given to those NET/GATE/ equivalent examination qualified candidates
who are keen to pursue Ph.D. Experience in handling small animals and molecular biology
techniques is highly desirable. Those with hands-on experience in preclinical research,
immunohistochemistry, HPLC, etc. will be preferred.
Upper Age limit: As per DST/institute rules. Relaxation will be given as per GOI rules.
Remuneration: As per DST/institute rules including HRA
The engagement in the projects is purely on a temporary basis maximum for the period of duration of the project. However, an appointment will initially be offered for a period of one year to be and will be extended on yearly basis depending upon satisfactory performance and co-terminus with the project. Please note that it is not a PGIMER/DST, N. Delhi appointment and will not confer any right on the incumbent to any claim implicit or explicit on any position.
