Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for recruitment of the following posts on a contract /outsourcing basis under the control of the Director of Medical Education to work in Government Hospital for Mental Care, Visakhapatnam initially for a period of one year. Job Title: Pharmacist Gr-II
Eligibility Criteria: Diploma in Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy/M.Pharma from Govt. recognized
institutions. Must be registered in AP Pharmacy Council except for Pharma-D with up-to-date renewal.

The candidates should collect the application from https://visakhapatnam.ap.gov.in/. and from this office also and submit the filled-in applications with all relevant enclosures by registered post / in person and handover at the special counter provided in the office of the Superintendent, Government Hospital for Mental Care, Visakhapatnam on or before 05.00 PM on 15-12-2021.

Applicants may directly credit the processing fee in to the Hospital Development
society account of Government Hospital for Mental Care, Visakhapatnam by way of challan
at UNION BANK OF INDIA, GIRIJAN CORPORATION BUILDING, G. C. C. PREMISES, BEACH
ROAD, NEW VUDA PARK ROAD, EAST POINT COLONY, PEDDA WALTAIR, VISAKHAPATNAM,

application. (Or) Each applicant must pay an application process fee of Rs 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) by way of Crossed demand draft, drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of the “Hospital Development Society, Government Hospital for Mental Care Visakhapatnam
