Job Description
•To handle LCMS Shimadzu 8040 Triple QUADRUPOLE Mass Spectrometer,
•To provide ES-MS, MS/MS, LC-MS, and LC-MS/MS support to NDD, API, and formulation departments.
•LC-MS method development for New Chemical Entity (NCE), API and Finished Products Impurity identification by LC-MS and LC-MS/MS
•Finished Organic intermediates were precisely identified (LCMS, NMR & IR) and analyzed using various analytical Instruments – LC-MS, HPLC, FT-IR, GC, GC-HS, UV-Visible, etc.
•Troubleshooting of Analytical Instruments like LCMS, HPLC, GC,GCMS, GCHS, etc
•Online Reaction monitoring of chemical reaction by LCMS & GC and confirm the product Formation. Mass identification by ESI &
