BITS Pilani Chemical Engineering Vacancy – Applications Invited
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) position to work on the following project sponsored by DST-SERB, under the supervision of Dr. Banasri Roy in the Department of Chemical Engineering, BITS-Pilani, Pilani Campus, Rajasthan.
Project Title: Conversion of Agricultural Residues to Value-added materials (catalysts, adsorbent, etc.) and their applications.
Principal Investigator: Dr. Banasri Roy
Duration of the project: 24 months
Job Title and number: JRF, One in number
Eligibility Criteria: M.E./M.Tech. (with at least 60% marks) in Chemical Engineering/Material Science/ Nano Technology or relevant area; M.Sc. chemistry with 60% marks.
Desirable Qualifications: GATE or NET qualified and experience in Materials Science/Chemical Engineering related Laboratory Project work.
Fellowship Amount: Fellowship can vary between Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 31,000 per month in the first year based on the qualification of the accepted candidate as per the rules and regulations of DST-SERB.
