Job Description
- Work closely with the scale-up team and ensure smooth technology transfer from lab to pilot and from pilot to commercial plant.
- Work closely with the scale-up team and prepare basic engineering package before scale up (PFD, BD, Utility load, Effluent load)
- Prepare & perform HAZOP sheets, QLEA & HIRA.
- Closely work with the scale-up team and finalize the equipment for scale-up batches.
- Prepare the Environment Health Assessment of each new product before executing in pilot with respect to the environment, safety,igdwd4wx and health.
- Prepare the end-to-end to operate philosophy for HTHM involved in the process, like packing, unloading, dispensing, charging, gas handling, treatment, and disposal.
- Work closely with the scale-up team and prepare the detailed plan for piloting and validation batches thereafter.
- Responsible for Piloting and technology transfer of new products with a target of 100% right the first time.
- Periodically review the upgradation of the pilot with respect to new technology and various capacity adaptability to handle various reactions
- Identify the new technology which can be used in the new products, can take a lead, and interact with internal and external stakeholders for implementation.
- Apply cutting-edge process engineering tools to solve the process-related problems that arise during product development and scale-up.
