The Department of Education in Science and Mathematics, NCERT invites online applications to recruit Junior Project Fellows (JPFs) under the below-mentioned projects. The appointment will be purely on a temporary basis. The eligibility conditions
and other requirements of the engagement as JPF are given below

Project Title: Development of Competency framework and revisiting of the
Learning Outcomes in Science and Mathematics

No.of posts: 05

Essential: Master’s degree in  Chemistry or in any related discipline with minimum 55%
Marks for general category (50% marks in the case of SC/ST/PH)

Desirable:

  • Degree/ Diploma in Education
  •  Knowledge of Computer

  • National Eligibility Test (NET)

Age Limit Below 40 (as on the last date of filling up the application) years as per UGC guidelines

Value of Fellowship Rs.25,000/- p.m. (Fixed consolidated for NET Qualified
candidate) Rs.23,000/- p.m.(Fixed consolidated for Non NET candidate)

How To Apply: 

Interested candidates may send their applications only in attached prescribed format along with soft copies of PG degree/mark-sheet, Experience Certificate, NET Qualified Certificate [if applicable), Date of birth Certificate/School Certificate having date of birth, SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate, wherever applicable, copy of any one document viz. Aadhar Card/Voter 1.0. card/Passport/driving license on the email of Department of Education in Science & Mathematics i.e. [email protected] till 8th September 2021. No application will be accepted after the last date. Screening of applications will be done before the conduct of online interviews and only the shortlisted candidates will be called for online interviews. The date and time of the online interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates through email/phone as and when finalized.

Note

1. The nature of the appointment as JPF is purely temporary.

2. The selected candidate will be required to join immediately.

3. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview or for joining the post.

4. The candidates who have already worked in the Council as JPF for two and half
years are not eligible for the post.

5. The candidate may ensure before applying that he/she fulfills the eligibility
conditions mentioned in the advertisement.
