NIPER Pharma Research Fellow Vacancy 2021 – Applications Invited

Applications are invited from eligible candidate for filling up the following temporary
position for the Ramalingaswami project from DBT to be undertaken in the Department
of Pharmacology and Toxicology of this Institute. The position is temporary and the offer
will be initially for a period of 6 months with the possibility of further extension based on
the performance. Recruitment OF JRF IN Ramalingaswami Project from DBT

The requisite qualification & experience etc. are given below.

Project Title Is enteric neuronal inflammation a starting point of Parkinson’s Disease
pathogenesis?

Job Title: Junior Research Fellow (1 Post)

Salary JRF fellowship (As per NIPER-A norms)

Qualification M.S(Pharm)/M. Pharm Pharmacology and Toxicology/ M.S(Pharm)/M. Pharm Biotechnology NET/GATE/GPAT qualified candidates will be given preference

Job Profile For this project, the candidate should be:

a) Proficient in vitro cell culture studies.

b) Should be able to perform behavioral studies with animals like mice and rats
and should have experience in blood withdrawal, isolation of different brain
parts, sectioning of the brain on a cryostat.

c) Proficient in Molecular Biology techniques (ELISA, Western blotting,
Immunohistochemistry, RT PCR, etc.)
