Job Title: Senior Officer – Raw Materials Responsible
Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree or Bachler degree in Chemistry
Experience & Skills:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG
- Good level understanding of Food Safety Management System and Quality Management System.
- Practical knowledge on raw material and its process
- Should have knowledge on Root cause analysis using problem-solving tools.

To support the fulfillment of the quality requirements for all incoming raw material including its inspection and document verification at the incoming stage of raw material.
Main Responsibilities:
- Verifies that the processes defined to guarantee the technical-legal compliance of RM / PACK are correctly implemented and managed
- Evaluates the declarations received from suppliers and undertakes to monitor that the documentation is completed and updated and, if necessary, activates the appropriate corrective actions
- Defines the statements/declarations to be requested to suppliers
- Ensures timely reporting in case of potentially critical situations for the business
- Act as a Technical-legal reference point in case of customer/consumer requests related to RM/packaging
- Interprets and evaluates impacts on Ferrero packs / RMs, of alerts / norms / documents coming from the various directions / websites / associations, highlighting the problem to internal bodies
- Convenes the GdL for the activation of projects aimed at solving the problem (Operational Note – Alert Management)
- Coordinates the “Risk Analysis” GdL
