Job Title: Officer Quality-Lab

Eligibility: M.Sc Chemistry (Analytical) with 2 to 4 yrs of experience.

About the Role:
To perform the chemical & physcial analysis of raw material, semi-finished & finished material.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handles instruments for laboratory analysis like GC ,HPLC, NMR, NIR, Karlfisher, Spectrophotometer, Granulumetry, Viscometer,etc
• Systematically chemical and physical analyses of inbound material, semi-finished and finished goods.
• Assures an effective management of chemical laboratories within the plant according to central guidelines (reagents stock management, calibration of the equipment)
• Coordinates and manages sample collection and preparation (weighing and dilution), in accordance to the quality manual statements and to standard (defined at central level) (e.g. sampling plans arranged via SAP).
• Required knowledge of SAP
• Handles and manages instruments for laboratory analysis and analysis’ procedures.
• Guarantees the correct quality of the results (precision, accuracy) according to regulations and give evidence participating to Ring Test (Proficiency Testing)
