CSIR-Emeritus Scientist Scheme (EMR-0006)
Job Title: Research Associate (RA): 1
Eligibility Criteria: Ph.D. in chemistry.
Desirable: Minimum 2 publications in SCI journals.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having working experience in the development of new materials/nanoparticles for sensing of various ions.
Fellowship: Rs. 47,000/- pm + HRA as per rule.
Age: Upper age limit 35 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation up to 5 years is applicable for candidates belonging to SC/tribes/OBC, and women, and PH.
Job description: The selected candidate has to work on a CSIR-Emeritus Scientist Scheme entitled “Preparation of cost-effective water-dispersible nanoparticles and their application in sensing of environmentally important toxic analytes in industrial effluents and water.”

Interested candidates are requested to send applications with relevant documents to [email protected] on or before 16th June 2021. With the application, you are requested to send Xerox copies of
your certificates/testimonials, which includes(i) educational certificates/testimonials from class 10th onwards,
(ii) proof of date of birth,
(iii) proof of experience,
(iv) copy of caste/PH certificate (if applicable),
(v) CSIR-UGC NET JRF, GATE, CSIR-SRF (direct) certificate/documents, and
(vi) list with full details of publications for verification. The original documents will be verified at CSMCRI at the time of joining if you are selected. A format for application is attached herewith. After screening all applications, the candidates selected for an interview will be informed by 21st June 2021.
In case you are employed in a Government/Semi-Government or Autonomous Organization, you are requested to send a “No Objection Certificate” from your present employer, otherwise, your application will not be considered to call for the interview.
