Govt CMSS Quality Assurance Job – Salary Rs. 80,000/- per month

Central Medical Services Society (CMSS), Central Procurement Agency of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India has openings for the following positions on a contract basis. Job Title: Assistant General Manager (Quality Assurance)

Number of Posts 01 (One)

Method of recruitment On contract basis.

Emoluments Rs. 80,000/- per month (Consolidated-all Inclusive)

Tenure of Post On a yearly contract basis, initially for a period of 5 years (Renewable on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance). For deserving candidates, the period of engagement can be further extended, on yearly basis subject to satisfactory performance.

Age limit Up to 45 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.

 Education Qualification: M.Pharma/MSc Chemistry

Experience: Candidate must have post qualification work experience of minimum 6 years including 03 years work experience in Central Govt./State govt./PSU/Autonomous body with at least 04 years domain experience in quality functions of pharmaceutical products like oral solid dosage forms, injectable, vaccines, contraceptives, other dosage forms or experiences in auditing dosage form contract

manufacturing sites. Exposure to modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP & E-procurement system is desirable

Probation period 6- Months

Job requirements As mentioned below

Period of appointment For retention/continuation, review of performance at the end of every year by the DG & CEO and the Governing Body of the Society. However, services can be terminated by serving one month’s notice by either side.
An annual increase in sal 5% Subject to satisfactory performance.

Main Responsibilities: Assistant General Manager (Quality Assurance)

1. To ensure the quality of the goods procured by implementing the quality assurance plan starting from sourcing till final distribution,

2. Providing advice on all technical issues relating to procuremcnt of Health Sector Goods.

3. Formulating the specifications of health sector goods In consultation with all stakeholders and its up-gradation from time to time.

4. To conduct pre-dispatch and consignee and Inspection & testing of contracted goods to ensure supply as per contract specifications.

5. Assessment of vendors, vendor/supplier rating, and maintaining a directory of suppliers.

6. Creation of unified standards for inspection of manufactures and suppliers to assess compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP)

7. Quality Audit of Suppliers at consignees end,

8. Assessment and empanelment of external inspection agencies.

9. To assist other divisions with codifications of items.

10. To give inputs for the efficient functioning of Inventory Control Software.

11. Working knowledge and experience of MS Office.

12. Provide technical support and technical training to-ware houses pharmacists.

13. Other duties as specified by the DG & C
