Boeing Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team is currently looking for Airplane Systems MBSE engineers to join their team in Bangalore, India. These positions will focus on supporting the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) business organization. As a member of this SEIT team, you will be responsible for System development of high-integrity Airplane systems; Aircraft Systems Development (ARP4754A), Safety Assessment Processes of ARP4761 & certification (DO-178 C); Validation & Verification, and traceability of Tier 2-5 Requirements. Also, you will be responsible for Systems design, system-level requirements development, Decomposing system requirements to lower-level requirements, hardware/Software unit level testing, integration testing, and support FAA certification documents.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in chemistry.
- 1 to 3 years of extensive experience in configuration management in a development team
- Experience on change management and configuration management activities
- Experience in certification documents publication, media release, and archival
- Experience multi-tasking and working in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Knowledge of ATLASSIAN Tools
Awareness of DO standards like DO178 C, DO 254, DO 160, and control categories as per DO standards.
Position Responsibilities:
- Define, plan, coordinate and conduct a comprehensive set of product and subsystem level reviews, change boards, and audits to manage change incorporation.
- Provides technical configuration management guidance on proper processes for alignment
- Support the definition and allocation of Configuration Management requirements for product hardware, software, and engineering design data systems throughout the product lifecycle.
- Track and report data to monitor adherence to regulatory, configuration and contractual requirements.
- Support development of media, product end items, and other baseline deliverables.
- Work independently within a team environment to manage the Hardware and Software configuration.
