PG:M.Pharma in Any Specialization,MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization
Roles and Responsibilities
Stores Incharge:
- Manage stock control, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; export loading & transferring document recording and data entry into system.
- Finished goods and intermediate materials receipts and issues.
- Material transfer note entries in the system.
- Monitoring of finished goods exports.
- Product job work dispatches.
- Preparation of GRNs.
- Maintenance of calibration Registers.
- Maintenance of self-hygiene record.
- Material stock entries in the registers and maintenance.
- Coordination for vehicle movements.
- All other additional work instructed by your reporting authority.
Stores Executive:
- Day-to-day document recording and data entry into the system.
- Finished goods and intermediate materials receipts and issues.
- Material transfer note entries in the system.
- Monitoring of finished goods exports.
- Product job work dispatches.
- Preparation of GRNs.
- Maintenance of calibration Registers.
- Maintenance of self-hygiene record.
- Material stock entries in the registers and maintenance.\
- All other additional work instructed by your reporting authority.
Preferably Candidates from Pharma/chemical / herbal Industry work experience.
Knowledge about ERP, QMS, Commercial & Statutory knowledge
