NIPER-Ahmedabad Ph.D. Admission Announced – Applications Invited
NIPER-Ahmedabad Ph.D. Admission NIPER-Ahmedabad is inviting applications for direct Ph.D. admission for candidates having their own fellowship. Fellowship from CSIR-UGC NET (NET-LS not eligible) /DBTJRF examination (‘A’ category only) / DST-INSPIRE Fellowships/ ICMR-JRF examination (those selected for working only in ICMR projects are not eligible),UGC-RGNF are eligible to apply.
Admission of candidates having DST-INSPIRE fellowship shall stand canceled in case the candidate fails to obtain fellowship from DST. Please note that valid proofs of clearing the fellowship examinations are mandatory for appearing in the interview. NIPER will not provide any fellowship to such candidates from its funds, however the student can claim from the original funding agency which selected them for fellowship. The terms and conditions of the fellowship amount etc. will be governed by the awarding agency and further subject to the rules and regulations of the Institute. A high degree of inter-disciplinary collaborative skills is desirable. No TA/DA or any other expenses will be paid for appearing in the interview.

The shortlisted candidates will be called for direct interview. The candidates have to report
to the institute for an Interview on the scheduled date and time. Candidates will be allowed to participate in the Interview, only if they are carrying duly filled in application form
supported by bio-data and one set of attested photocopies of certificates of educational
qualification(s)age, experience, caste (in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates), latest passport
size photograph. The candidates are required to bring all the original certificates for
verification.
