Job Description
Team Member – QA – (200001XW)
Description
1. Responsible for review of all kind of equipment/facility qualifications.
2. Responsible for review of AHU related qualifications.
3. Responsible for review of the water system, Nitrogen system and Compressed air system qualifications and periodic testing reports.
4. Responsible for review and monitoring of preventive maintenance schedules, Calibration schedules and calibration certificates of instruments and any other schedules related to the engineering department.
5. Responsible for review of temperature mapping related documents.
6. Responsible for preparation of cleaning validation protocols and reports.
7. Responsible for review of computerized system qualifications which are connected to manufacturing equipment.
8. Comply with EHS Guidelines, EHS Rules and Regulations.
9. Responsible to take care of the
activities in absence of the responsible manager and reporting HOD.10. In case of my absence, responsible manager or reporting HOD shall take care of the activities.
11. Any other works allotted by the HOD/ Designee-QA on day to day basis.
