Govt NIMHANS Pharma Research Fellow Vacancy – Application Details
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling up the post of Senior Research Fellow on Contract Basis for the CSIR funded project entitled “Effect of early life stress on curiosity and learning” under Dr Laxmi T Rao, Professor of Neurophysiology and Principal Investigator. Essential Qualification
1) BPharma with the good academic record.
2) Two years of research expertise in Animal behaviour studies, immunocytochemistry and western bolt.
Desirable Qualification
Experience in handling animals and assessing animal behaviour, animal brain surgery, brain stimulation techniques, biochemical assays, etc.
Salary ₹35,000/- (Consolidated) per month.
Maximum Age Limit 32 Years (Age relaxation upto 5 years for women/SC/ST/OBC/Physically handicapped candidates and also to deserving candidates).
Duration of post 3 Years.
Duration: The initial appointment will be made for a period of 12 months which will be extendable every 12 months for 3 years (or till the end of the project) depending on the satisfactory performance of the candidate.
Nature of work Project-related research work.
