Job Title: Research Associate – Hair Care
Experience: 3 – 7 Years
Location: Bengaluru
Eligibility: M Pharma, B Pharma
Job Description
- To formulate personal care products like Shampoos, Conditioners, Hair gels, Hair creams etc. for Domestic & International markets.
- Cost optimization of developed formulations on a regular basis and development of alternate vendor raw materials to sustain the business.
- To work along with the regulatory team to develop products or to support product extension for specific countries.
- Technology transfer visits to the production plant for pilot trials and commercial production.
- To work along with the packaging team to support new packaging development.
- To work on innovative concepts considering the futuristic trend in the personal care industry
