Jubilant Generics (JGL) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jubilant Pharma. JGL in India has Research & Development units at Noida and Mysore. It has two manufacturing facilities one at Mysore, Karnataka and another at Roorkee, Uttarakhand, engaged in APIs and Dosage manufacturing, respectively.

Job Title: Executive – Quality Assurance (Training)

Education Qualification

M.Sc./ B.Pharm / M.Pharm with 03-07 years of relevant experience

Scope of work

• To prepare training calendar as per the defined procedures.
• Coordinate inter and intra department for compliance of training system.
• To ensure Training adherence of site training calendar as per schedule and compliance.
• To support cGMP training programs and ensure compliance to various training and training evaluations like SOP training, on the job training, external training as per the laid down procedures.
• To coordinate and perform a key role in compliance of the online training system. Preparation/planning / Execution of Annual Training Calendar.
• To identify the external training required for the plant personnel and nominate for the participation.
• Streamlining Training Process by conducting Gap Analysis and rectifying the gaps.
• Tracking of training status and
• To review SOP and ensure they are in line with regulatory guidelines.
• To ensure compliance for training system at plant.
• Good knowledge of Regulatory guidelines such as USFDA, MHRA, TGA, ANVISA, MCC etc.
• Good knowledge of Validation, cGMP, cGLP & Good Documentation practices
• Knowledge of training techniques
• The behavioral and technical expertise of imparting training in various areas of the pharmaceutical business
