Job Title: Executive Warehouse
Educational Qualifications and Work Experience
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in Pharmacy or Graduate (Preferably Science)
Target years of experience
4 + years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, understanding the Quality, Regulatory, GMP and Safety operations.
Other Certifications
Diploma in Materials Management (additional qualification)
Knowledge and Skills
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge in warehouse management and Materials controls
- Knowledge of receipt, storage and handling of materials
- Knowledge on semi finished goods receipt storage and issuance
- Knowledge on material sampling, dispensing and issuance activities.
- Knowledge on environmental monitoring activities
- Knowledge on Good warehousing practices
- SAP knowledge on material management
- Exposure in regulatory audits(US FDA and MHRA)
- Standards, Processes & Policies
- cGMP – Company quality management systems
- Good documentation practices and documents review
- Ability to prepare procedures with respective to warehouse functions.
Behavioral/Any Other Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and teach to reporting personnel.
Job Description
Supervisor – Warehouse
Responsibilities
- Involve in warehouse activities related to Material receipts, dispensing, issues and dispatches as per the requirement.
- Follow material handling systems as per the approved procedures.
- Follow cGMP and ensure compliance with lay down SOP’s, Quality systems, Safety systems and company integrity principles at all stages of activities.
- Areas keep it ready for regulatory inspections (Both internal and external).
Prepare the warehouse procedures. - Semi-finished goods receipt, storage and issuance.
- Conduct/ensure the on-job training for new hires and as well as contract personnel.
- Implementation of identified initiatives.
- Identify training needs on concern reporting personnel.
- Verify proper housekeeping in all the warehouse areas on a daily basis
