DRDO Chemistry Research Fellowship Award – Application Details
Indian Nationals are invited in walk-in-interview for award of Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) to work in DRDO project at Defence Laboratory, Jodhpur (Rajasthan), a material cluster laboratory of DRDO. Interested and eligible candidates may check out all the details on the same below:

Eligibility: Postgraduate degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Chemistry with first division and
National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification conducted by CSIR-UGC (NET), MHRD
(GATE) or JEST. One (01) Chemistry OR Graduate degree in professional course (B.E./B. Tech.) in Chemical Engineering / Material Science/Polymer Science/ Industrial Chemistry/Nanotechnology in first division with NET/GATE qualification
OR Post graduate in Professional course (M.E./M. Tech.) in Chemical Engineering
/Material Science / Industrial Chemistry / Nanotechnology in first division, both at
graduate and postgraduate level.
Duration of Fellowship: 02 Years (may be extended further and upgraded to SRF as per rules)
FELLOWSHIP EMOLUMENT AT PRESENT:
Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 31,000/- p.m. with HRA and medical facilities as per rules
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Age not exceeding 28 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation is allowed up to 5 years for SC/ST/PH and 3 years for OBC candidates
. Those candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category are required to produce the original caste certificate issued by the competent authority. Physically Handicapped (PH) candidates should produce themedical certificate issues from the Government Hospital/Medical Board as the case may in support of her/his claim. NOTA WILL BE PAID.
Note: It may please be noted that the offer of fellowship does not confer on fellows any right for absorption in DRDO. The Research Fellowship may be terminated at any time during the tenure with prior notice of one month. Fellows may resign with prior notice of one month. Defence Laboratory, Jodhpur reserves the right to amend / modify or summarily cancel this advertisement. The above-notified fellowships are likely to be increased or decreased or cancelled depending upon the prevailing requirement
restrictions, if any, as per the policy of Government of India.
PROCEDURE FOR ATTENDING INTERVIEW:
The eligible candidate can “WALK-IN FOR INTERVIEW AT DEFENCE LABORATORY, RATANADA PALACE, JODHPUR- 342 Oil (RAJASTHAN) AT 10:00 HRS ON THE DATE MENTIONED ABOVE”. While appearing for the interview, the candidates are required to submit complete Bio-Data with recent passport size photograph affixed on top right corner of the first page and one set of self-attested copies of all Degrees/Academic qualification certificates/Mark Sheet/Experience Certificate etc. Candidates working in Government/Public Sector Undertaking/Autonomous Bodies should produce a NOC issued
by the present employer.
