Job Description

• Analytical Method Development for API, Intermediate, Carryover,Genotoxic impurity and Reaction monitoring by HPLC (Assay, Related substances, chiral purity, cleaning validation method).
• Perform pre-validation and validation for New developed method of API (By HPLC).
• Degradation study for API molecule.
•  Literature survey for API development.
• Perform method evaluation and verification.
• Perform analytical method equivalency for In house and pharmacopeia
• methods of APIs
• Resolve various queries received from plant and regulatory agencies.
• Perform Routine Analysis of CRD Lab in process, intermediate & API
• Sample by HPLC
• To perform troubleshooting acting in analysis.
• Technology transfer of API products to QC Plant location.
• Perform method qualification, working standard qualification.
• To carry out and understand the necessary analysis of laboratory samples
• During the process development of the product.
• Responsible for to prepare AMTP.
• Prepared ATP and STP.
• Review all routine data, audit trial, tech transfer data.
• Responsible to give on job training to new join employee.
• Responsible for balance and pH meter calibration.
• Responsible for HPLC calibration.
• To maintain Laboratory works in compliance with GMP.
• To record and report all analytical results to the concerned group in
• Time.
• Maintain Lab neat and clean.
• To enter data in analytical LNB as per GDP.
• Investigation of OOS.
• Good experience of working in a cGMP compliant laboratory.
• Strong theoretical knowledge in Chromatography, spectroscopy and related
