Required Qualification and Experience:
M.Pharma with 3-9 years of relevant work experience.
The candidate should have experience in Analytical method development for Solid and liquid Oral dosage formulations.
Job Description:
- Method development for complex generics (combination products in oral dosage forms) as per guidelines and requirements for Assay, Dissolution, Related substances.
- Independently able to design and perform preformulation studies such as solubility studies, API characterization and drug excipient compatibility studies.
- In-depth knowledge of instruments such HPLC, UPLC, GC and dissolution.
- Knowledge of hyphenated techniques such as LC-MS will be added advantage.
- Preparation of method development reports for various tests like RS and dissolution as per current regulatory requirements.
- Good understanding of Good documentation practices and Safety practices.
