HLL proposes to recruit following positions at its Kanagala Factory, Kanagala-591 225
Belagavi Dist., Karnataka, under Fixed Term Contract and under Training and Development Scheme
Job Title: Executive / Deputy Manager (Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs)
Eligibility: M. Pharma with minimum 60% aggregate percentage of marks
Experience: 1+ years’ of experience in the field of Method Validation / Quality Control /
Qua
Salary: Consolidated pay in the range of – 20000-32000/- or 25000 -40000/- per
month
Position 2
Job Title: Jr. Technician (Production)
Eligibility For HLL Pharma Freshers Job: D. Pharma Two years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
Consolidated pay in the range of – 8500-17000/
Period of contract: Initially the contract period will be for a period of 2 years, which could be extended/reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
B) Under Training and Development Scheme
Job Title: Pharmacist Trainee
Eligibility For HLL Pharma Freshers Job: B. Pharma with minimum 60% of marks Fresher can apply
Salary: Rs.10,000/- 1st year Rs.11,000/- 2 nd year Rs.12,000/- 3 rd year
Period of Training: The training period will be for a period of three years, which could
be reduced at the discretion of the Company without notice and without assigning any
reason whatsoever.
Candidates who have undergone training under Training and Development Scheme
at HLL Lifecare Ltd. are not eligible to apply for Trainees positions advertised under
this scheme.
General conditions:-
1. Selected candidates will be initially posted at HLL LIFECARE- KANAGALA – 591 225,
BELAGAVI, KARNATAKA. However they will be transferred from one place to another
either in existence or that would come into existence.
2. Maximum age limit for the above post is 35 years. Age relaxation will be given to
SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India rules.
3. The above engagement will not confer on them any claim as of right or otherwise for
consideration for regular employment in the company.
4. Age, Qualification & Experience stipulated above should be as on closing date of the
advertisement.
5. The said recruitment process is liable to be stopped or cancelled at any time at the
discretion of the Company with or without assigning any reason and Company’s
decision will be final in this regard.
6. Management reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates. Decision of
management to call the candidates for selection shall be final. No interim
correspondence will be entertained.
7. Mere meeting the conditions of the advertisement by the candidate(s) will not
automatically entitle them to be called for Test / Selection & Appointment.
8. Candidates employed in Government / Quasi-Government / PSU, should send copy of
their online application through proper channel or compulsorily produce NOC at the
time of test/interview as the case may be, as and when called.
