Job Title: Sr. Executive – QC
Location: Lamdapura
Requirements For Flint Group Chemistry Job:
- Education – BSC, MSC (Chemistry).
- Computer literate (Lotus Notes, MS Office etc.).
- SAP Knowledge is added advantage.
- Good Analytical Skills & proactive approach.
- Good communication skills.
Work hours: 8 hrs.
Responsibilities For Flint Group Chemistry Job Opening:
- Have knowledge of manufacturing of Gravure and flexo inks.
- Excellent knowledge of shade matching.
- Carry out ink sampling, testing of- Shade, Strength, particle size, transparency/ Opacity, Solid percentage, Viscosity, Gloss,
- Adhesion and drying rate, recording & analysis.
- Review batch variances/Customer complaints and take appropriate measure to rectify them.
- Raw material testing such as Pigments, Resins, Additives & Solvents (GC, KF Density and residual smell).
- Coordinate with production department for having better monitoring of batches.
Ensuring health & safety issues are adhered to. - Knowledge of Ink system Vinyl inks, Polyamide inks, NC inks, NC-PU and NC-PA inks. Solvent compatibility of different ink system.
- Slob consumption and its plan.
- Dispatch verification.
- Production job card verification.
- Consumption of Odd pack RM and FG.
- You will be responsible & accountable for the Process Safety pertaining to the work area.
