Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following assignment on a
temporary basis in a purely time bound research project available in the Department of Physical Chemistry, School of Chemistry, Madurai Kamaraj University, Madurai – 625 021, Tamil Nadu sponsored by Department of Science & Technology, New Delhi-110 016 (Project Sanction Order No.: DST/TMD/HFC/2K18/52(C)).

Title of the Project: Development of portable direct methanol fuel cell power
generator with bi-functional catalysts coated hydrocarbon membranes

Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) / Project Associate (PA)

Number of posts: 1 (one)

Duration : 3 Years

Qualification: JRF : M.Sc in Chemistry (minimum of 55% marks) with
NET / GATE (OR) PA : M.Sc in Chemistry (minimum of 60% marks)

Stipend: As per Revised DST Norms

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

Note: Selected JRF/PA candidate can register Ph.D., at Madurai Kamaraj University.
