Role Purpose:

The Quality Assurance personnel will support the project management team by ensuring the projects are delivered to the desired specification as laid out in the project brief. It is also the responsibility of the personnel to ensure the projects are delivered in utmost accuracy adhering to the specifications of project brief through thorough proof-checking, ensuring alignment with specifications & by understanding MARC requirements of approval. In doing so, the personnel will manage the expectations out of the model by delivering marketing services that achieve satisfaction levels by the marketers on their respective projects, by following the highest level of standards & specifications. The

position reports to the Project Lead – CoE (Marketing Services) and is an individual contributor role.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Establish the highest level of satisfaction on marketing services by adhering to standard guidelines of promotion & branding through thorough quality check on parameters of branding, alignment to project specification, and meeting the end objective of the project as stated in the brief.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders of project owners, project management, creative & digital teams & if needed, with external agency partners in achieving the end-objective of customer satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned by direct supervisors (i.e. Project Leads & Head of CoE, Marketing Services).
