Job Purpose:
- Manages all requirements related to the management of Quality system requirements for Roche India.
- Implement directives issued by Global Technical team and adhere to maintain GMP, GDP and GSP compliant Quality systems.
- Achieve and sustain the state of compliance to ensure the deliverance of quality products to the customer.

- The position is responsible for ensuring the compliance during storage, Distribution & redressing activities with respect to quality standards of Products. The role holder will be responsible for implementing cGMP/GDP on continual basis as well as to ensure the conformance and reliability of product.
Key Accountabilities:
List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfil the job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results.
- Ensure Implementation of Global Procedures related to Quality Aspects at India Affiliate
- Ensure cGMP/GDP/GSP followed at india Affiliate level by conducting Audits/visits at Warehouse , CFA & Redressing sites in India.
- Conduct Trainings for on cGMP/GDP/GSP.
- Accountable for the design, development, deployment monitoring, governance and continual improvement of the Transportation Quality (TQ) & Distribution Quality (DQ) part of the Roche Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS) based on international / national regulatory requirements and industry best practices and guidance documents. The area of responsibility includes the storage, shipping, transportation, transport validation and controlled temperature handling of supply chain materials.
- Release of Imported products at India Market for further sale and distribution.
- Recall, Counterfeit, Complaint, Change control & Discrepancy Management.
- Review and approval of Quality Agreements and ensure the compliance of the same.

- Supply chain & Demand service team- (For product storage, Redressing and distribution)
- Regional/Global Quality (Update regarding the quality activities at affiliate and support for global quality activities as and when required)
- Drug Safety (For ADE)
- Drug Regulatory Affairs (Regarding new product launch and changes in artwork)

- Warehouse – (For Import receipt, Storage and distribution)
- Redressing sites (For redressing activities)
- CFA (For storage and distribution activities)
- Distributors (For storage and distribution)
- Packaging Material Vendors/Service Providers (For packaging materials procurement, Calibration services)
