Job Title:Â Chemist – Pilot plant
Location: Bharuch, (Gujarat), INDIA
Eligibility:Â B.Sc. or M.sc(Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry)
Experience:Â 2-5 years of Experience of production/Technology transfer in chemical plant.
Skills:
- General knowledge of operations of a chemical plant/pilot plant including operating knowledge of HS&E
- Should be able to work as a member of the team.
Age Limit:Â Â 22 to 30 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
Plant Control System (DCS) as well as Field operations & Responsible for in-process sampling, analysis & maintain Records of QC Results.
- Should have knowledge for GC, auto titrator operations as well as result analysis. Handle RM/intermediate Product/FG/PM (Fresh & Used/recycle) for plant.
- Completes safety checks and safety observations regularly in his working area & follow HS&E standards.
- Communicate to Executive-Pilot/Pilot plant incharge for any abnormal or unusual operation/situation/event.
- Ensure identification of NBC & IBC.
