Job Profile
- Working on complaints in Baxter complaint management systems
- Preparation of APAC monthly metrics ( presentations)
- Working on preparation of Management review data for APAC
- Working with global team and APAC Mfg sites for top complaints reductions
- Working with APAC countries/ mfg sites for NCR/ CAPA management
- Working in Product Hold Management system and knowledge of JDE ( electronic system for inventory management and other transactions)
- Providing trainees to new hire on complaint management systems.
Requisites
- Project management skills
- Hands on experience on MS word( especially excel and power points)
- Knowledge of Quality Systems ( Holds, NCR, CAPA etc…)
- Good communication skills
