Job Description:

  • Responsible for Master Data configurations, analysis, assessment, testing, documentation, migration and activation within gLIMS.
  • Responsible for Creation and material assignment for Inspection Plan in SAP .
  • Configure master data objects with respect to approved Specification, STP’s for all Incoming Materials.
  • Configure master data objects for in- process and finished products against MMR with respect to approved specifications and STP’s.
  • Initiation of change control (gQTS) to create/update or obsolete gLIMS master data objects.
  • Create  User Requirements and Functional Requirements, Test plan, Test Scripts in ALM-QC.
  • Confirms gLIMS Master Data was built correctly and meets business requirements as part of Verification Testing. Executes/ Post Approves Verification Test runs in ALM-QC
  •  Ensures that Verification Tests are performed by a subject matter expert in the area being tested.
  • Initiates defects in ALM-QC and participates in the defect resolution workflow.
  • Trains on the appropriate master data curricula according to the Master Data Role(s) assigned to the individual in  PLS.
  • Responsible for revision of SOPs during any changes in gLIMS Process.
  • Submits a BT ticket request to the Core Master Data Team for creation or modification of Global Master Data Objects.
  • Impart training to the End Users on the appropriate assigned Job Role.
  • Support the end users for any issues and queries.
