The Director, CSIR-Indian Institute of Petroleum, on behalf of the sponsors of the Projects, is interested to
engage Project Assistants and Research Associates and for empanelment for future positions/requirements for various time-bound projects in different schemes. The eligibility criterion is as follows:-

Position I

Job Title:    Project Assistant-II

No. of Posts:   7

Age Limit: 30 Years

Salary:  Rs. 25000/-

Qualifications:  M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 55% marks

Position II

Job Title:    Research Associate-I

No. of Posts:  1

Age Limit: 35 Years

Salary:  Rs. 25000/-

Qualifications:  Ph.D. (Chemistry/Catalysis)

How to Apply:  

• Eligible and interested Indian National candidates may appear for Walk-in-Interview/Written Test
  on 17.01.2018 (for Post Code-1, 7 & 8); on 18.01.2018 (for Post Codes 2 & 5) and on 19.01.2018 (for
  Post codes 3, 4, & 6) at 9:00 AM at the reception of the Insitute alongwith duly filled-in application form,
  which may be downloaded from the Institute website www.iip.res.in supported by one set of self attested
  copies of certificates regarding (i) Educational Qualification, (ii) Age, (iii) Category (in case of
  SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates), (iv) One latest passport size photograph, (v) Experience certificate, if any;
  and (vi) detailed biodata etc.
• Candidates are also advised to make their own arrangement for stay for an extra day.
• Original certificates are required for verification, which would be returned immediately on the same day
  after verification. Candidates have option to reply in Hindi during the interview. The panel of Project
• Assistants and Research Associates may be prepared for future requirements, if any, or for up-coming
  projects.
• Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification for the positions.
