Job Description:
- Ability to use cost management tools to achieve cost control, cost reduction & cost containment.
- Must possess the technical knowledge regarding manufacturing equipment.
- Should be able to handle the manpower related issues by taking certain firm decisions without hampering the output.
- Must have a command on each and every individual working under him on the shop floor.
- Should possess a good communication skill which helps in maintaining a team relation between other departments.
- Should possess ability for convincing the other department on the matter which becomes an obstacle in our process resulting in a declining productivity.
- Should be well versed with required SAP transactions
- Good interpersonal and interaction skills for the effective management of team and Cross functional team.
Qualifications:Â
- Mpharm/Bpharm with 2-8 yrs of experience in production under regulatory work environment.
- Should possess sound knowledge of Machine in depth.
- Shall be able for Budgeting and Forecasting process.
- Should be always updated with cGMP.
- Should be having knowledge on Increasing Productivity by using different key functions like OEE, LEAN MANAGEMENT.
