Job Title:    Senior Research Associate / Associate Scientist

Job Description:

The Candidate should be willing to work as an individual contributor towards solid state characterisation including method development and validation for drug substance/drug product.

Primary work responsibilities includes but not limited to:

Basic literature search

Performing solid state characterization (PXRD, DSC, TGA, IR, KF, DVS, etc) to support various R&D activities.

Performing HPLC and LCMS analysis (desirable).

Experience and working knowledge in the area of polymorph screening of drug substances (desirable)

Basic understanding about solid state, relative stability of polymorphs and

structure-physicochemical property relationships.

Should have experience in working under GXP environment. Should be aware of/adhere to good documentation practices.

Should be aware of/adhere to all the lab safety procedures.

Performing calibration and performance verification of instruments/equipments on a regular basis and document the reports.

Should have understanding about basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of the instruments.

Qualifications: 

UG:Any Graduate – Any Specialization

PG:MS/M.Sc(Science) – Chemistry
