Job Description:
- Good knowledge of the concepts and practices associated with HPLC, mass spectrometry, biomarkers, and In vitro ADME assays
- Sound knowledge on different sample processing techniques like Protein precipitation, Liquid-Liquid extraction, Solid phase extraction etc.
- Should be capable of handling basic activities on HPLC, LC-MS/MS and other sample processing equipment.
- Preparation and quantitative analysis of chemical and biochemical samples
- Development & application of quantitative discovery grade LC-MS/MS methods for in vitro ADME studies..
Desired Profile:
M.Pharm/M.Sc with 3-5 years relevant experience in LC-MS/MS based bioanalysis of in vitro ADME samples
Education –
- PG – MS/M.Sc(Science) – Bio-Chemistry, Biotechnology, M.Pharma – Pharmacy
- Doctorate – Doctorate Not Required
