Awareness of
- Present regulatory expectation (India , FDA, EU. Compliance etc)
- In-process testing approaches for sterile products, requirements for crucial area upkeep, line clearance and other in-process QA requirements
- Expertise in defending procedure in regulatory audits/inspection.
- Preferably experiences in great Comprehension of quality systems.
- Hands on experiences in manufacturing floor for sterile/ terminal sterilization operation.
Standards, Processes & Policies
- CGMPs and regulations regulating manufacturing operations for sterile product
- International Hospira quality policies and processes
Behavioral/ Any other Skills
- Strong social skills
- Analytical thinking to grasp complicated analytical issues and provide the viable solutions
- Decision making on compliance of alternative preparation to Vial/Ampoule collection and Tray loading tasks to GMP processes and Hospira international policies
- Capability to communicate effectively with all levels within the levels within the company.
- Ability to function independently to finished activities are required
